Lidstone-Scott Consultancy specialises in start-up and scale-up consultancy with the aim of helping founding entrepreneurs move from the great idea through early prototyping and initial low-volume manufacturing. Navigating the challenges of growth, recruitment, investment, stakeholder engagement, and the hundred other things that weren't originally obvious.

Growing a start-up is an emotionally challenging task, which sometimes means hearing hard truths, especially around growth, products, and aspirations, but with navigation and experience, many of these challenges can be met positively and successfully, even in these challenging times.
